The winner of my Marina and the Diamonds - Diamond Prize Give-Away was Chloe Brownlie from Glasgow! Chloe's said her favourite song was Homewrecker. She said, "It's my favourite because it's a song which everyone can relate to...everytime it's on I get a real adrenaline rush. And whenever she sings it im mezmesrised by her voice...I feel like if she had to write a song based on my life this past year this would be it. I feel like the past few months of 2012 have been 'happy never after' and now when I hear it it reminds me how excited I was on tuesday night [at her gig]". Although many people entered the competition, I chose Chloe was the winner as she is clearly a Marina and the Diamonds super-fan! Plus, her answer showed that she really connects with music on a personal level. She totally deserved her signed copy of Marina's latest album, Electra Heart.
